Advanced level Chan Tea class - Immersing in a rain of flowers
I am not sure what the joy of Chan is.
Is it the smile alway on my mouth?
Is it the delightful “ta ta ta” sound during walking meditation?
Is it the incredible experience in every minute?
Is it the blurred eyesight due to grateful tears?
All I know is,
along the practice of Chan Tea,
all of above happened to me.
When the song of compassion cultivation started,
millions of lotuses were falling from the sky, gently and slowly.
Just like snow flakes,
they touched and entered our body,
dispersed and spread in our minds.
With my eyes closed,
I started to eat.
Carefully examined the moment,
when my tongue and food met.
The taste of food dispersed immediately,
and I felt full quickly.
The joy of Chan is inexpressible,
it has endless energy.
It turns out,
the rain of flowers happens in every second.
Since our minds were deceived,
we could not notice it.
This is how wonderful Chan Tea could be.
